[OZ-CONTEST] Ducie Two

Ducie Two will be QRV on March 8 or 9, 2003, depending upon seas and weather.

The station call will be announced shortly before the operation 
begins.  The operators will use SSB, CW and RTTY on all HF bands and six 
meters and AO-40 will be employed.
