> Armed with audio evidence from this year's contest, organizers of the Russian DX Contest this week announced a series of DQ's in their 2011 test, and vowed to crack down even more in 2012. At the same time, the CQ WW Contest Committee is moving forward with a new rule designed to prevent multiple signals at the same time on one band from multi-ops for this year's CQ WW DX Contests.
