Hello!

High time to prepare for the 18th edition of the Russian DX Contest, taking
place on March 19th-20th (1200-1200 UTC).

Some new rules have been added - http://www.rdxc.org/asp/pages/rulesg.asp

Nordic participation increased significantly last year and it would be nice
to continue in the same direction this year.
