[OZ-CONTEST] Realtime features from Radio Arcala in CQWW SSB

Just to make it clear....
Posting information to a live score server (like http://cqcontest.ru) does
NOT put the operator into the Assisted category.  But it is important that
operators not post information about what frequency they are on (that would
be against the rule of self spotting).

This is confirmed by Randy, K5ZD.

"Does use of cqcontest.ru place you in the ASSISTED category ?"
Answer: YES - any connection to internet does.

So we go " ASSISTED" and we get a great experience and tight competition
with On-Line-Scores.
