[OZ-CONTEST] Results from the NRAU-Baltic 2016 Contest

Hi,

The logs from January's NRAU-Baltic contest have been checked, and the  
results are now on the SRAL website:

The results were basically ready a couple of weeks ago, but an  
unfortunate glitch with the log submission system made some logs  
disappear before arriving. In any case, the missing logs were hunted  
with "cats and dogs," as the Finnish saying goes, and the re-done  
results should have everybody on board.

Congratulations to all the winners, thanks to everyone for  
participating, and particular thanks to Torvald SM2EZT for his work on  
the log checking software!
