[OZ-CONTEST] SSA Portabeltest is soon!

SSA Portabeltest is soon on Sunday the 21:th of May 07-11 UTC both CW and
SSB.

The purpose of the contest is to get out in nature with your radio and
antennas and have fun. But if you for any reason are unable to get out, you
can participate as a fixed station. Fixed stations can only work portable
stations and you are not allowed to call CQ.
