[RFI] touch lamps RFI

Hi all:

I'm sure I don't have to tell you about the to/from RFI problems
created by touch lamps. We got four about ten years ago and
shortly thereafter I unplugged the lot. Now the pressure is on to
at least place one of them in operation. IMHO the only place for
the lot is in the nearest land fill site. :-) In the base of the
lamp is a black blob with I believe five wires in/out. The light
yellow wire is connected to the metal lamp base. This is where the
problem must be resolved. Any suggestions?
