[RFI] Torchere lamp

The dimmer is a switcher which usually uses a noisy oscillator coupled to a cheap,
crappy SCR with low dI/dt and low dV/dt ratings. The results: harmonics everywhere.

I gutted the dimmer from mine and replaced it with a simple switch.
