[RFI] USB cable modem and 10M

As an update I have installed a shorter coax to the input of the cable
modem.  This one is just long enough to reach and is about 3 ft shorter
than the original one.....but it was no help....

The cable modem tech support suggested switching from the usb interface
to ethernet.  I may try this next....  thanks to those here that have
offered suggestions...
