[RFI] RR crossing lights

I'm waiting to hear back from my railroad contacts on this issue.  They
have always used DC for signals in the past so the noisey switching
supply is not needed.  Can't imagine anything that would cause this to
change with the new lamps since it would incompatible with all current
signalling circuits.
