I made comments during the earlier BPL NOI comment time.

I've sent donations to the ARRL BPL defense fund.

Is it worthwhile to file "reply comments"? As an individual what resources
can I bring to bear?

At what point do I write my Congressman and Senator?

Is there anything already prepared that I can give to other Hams to alert
them of the danger?

Time is short.
