[RFI] RE: Concerning BPL video

For the most part, this industry has been very tight lipped about BPL trials and their specific locations.  When I told the folks in Potomac that I was going to their system to check its interference potential, they shut the system down, sending an email notice to their customers at 8:30 PM the evening before that the system would be down for "routine maintenance."
