[RFI] BPL alternatives

I believe Hughes Direcway two-way satellite internet access is not much more 
than a DSL connection now, around $60-70/month.  see

I totally do not get why people in remote areas who want high speed internet 
access do not use this service.  My conclusion is that they don't know about 
it because it doesn't seem like Hughes has done much to promote it.
