[RFI] unknown signal

It's very loud here in western WV. Up to s-8. I don't have near the antemma 
system that Pete, N4ZR has in the WV panhandle, but this thing is wierd.
It peaks at different locations from time to time. Sometimes it peaks to 
the NW and others
  to the NE. If you listen on AM, I can almost hear audio way down in the 
rumble.
Just listened again...maybe 3 minutes later, and it's down to s3-4,
  Hmmm. But it is 28 Mhz and  skewed paths do happen there.
