This is where it's hard to get assured choking.  A filter for wires without
an RF ground -- and AC power is _that_, all right -- needs a common mode
impedance much higher than the common mode impedance of the wire where the
filter is inserted.   

Tom, however has raised a very good point: It isn't that you have to get
rid of the RF (often impossible); you have to keep it from flowing where it
causes problems. And this can be done by referencing signals and their
returns to the same place.  Bypass caps do that, by the way, or should.

If every wire that came into your TV were at the same potential and phase
at RF, there'd be no current flowing between them.
