[RFI] HF RFI From Toshiba 32A42A 32" Television

Wonder if the cable company recently started offering cable modem
service to your area. Locally the cableco started to replace all the
splitters with the DC-GHZ rated splitters and I had a bad noise
increase that only happens with the tv on. A good ole 50MHZ-GHZ type
splitter or a MWFilters 50 highpass on the incoming may stop it as it
did mine.
