[RFI] Power Line Engineer or Experienced PL Worker

I'm looking for an experienced power line construction worker or
distribution engineer with good credentials or experience who can help with
a project related to poor or sloppy power line construction and maintenance.
This is just a one-time deal, gathering and verifying information for
broadcast on television.

Since this project would directly benefit amateurs suffering from noise and
consumers suffering reliability and I am donating my time, I thought it OK
to ask for help here.
