Yes, and where is Icom, Yaesu, Kenwood, AES, HRO and all the other 
dealers and MFGs?  I would think they would also have a concern or 
two.

For myself, I don't plan to comment to the FCC regarding BPL, it's 
mind is already made up.  My thoughts are with my Senators and 
representatives in congress.  We need an overhaul of the FCC as it's 
become a promoter of commercial interests.
