The August, 2004 issue of RadCom from the RSGB has an article, "The 
RSGB and Power Line Telecommunications (PLT), by Angus Annan, MM1CCR, 
"the RSGB Board member for the Environment portfolio and Chair of the 
RSGB EMC Committee."
