Ed's comments are on the money. I receive emails everyday from hams and non-hams that would love to get a response from their power company. This book is full of the lastest and greatest info concerning Power line as well as other types of RFI and TVI problems.
The September issue of Transmission & Distribution Magazine will have a well written article by the ARRL concerning power line interference.
