[RFI] Ethernet RFI Elimination?

Is it 'the baby' or the bathwater?

It it the switching power supply or the actual
LAN 'switch' and 100-base-T RFI emission
or EMI conduction?

Practically, it doesn't matter, *unless* one
wants to just 'bandaid' (cosmetically paper)
over the entire problem or 'surgically' cure the
patient with a cure that targets the offending
source (like changing out the noisy switching
power supply).

Has anyone else noticed how noisy the little
wall-wart switchers are for some of this
consumer-grade computer hardware?
