believe that this type of interference will be an
issue with the technology we are using. Amperion
equipment is Part 15 compliant. 

Not all BPL equipment is the same...there are four
major U.S. vendors, all of whom have different (and
typically patented) technology. I would invite you to
explore these technologies to assess the differences.
We will be monitoring our test results and the
independent testing information that will be gathered
