[RFI] Today's Wall Stree Journal front page article on hams & BPL

The ARRL may have been the source of some of it, BUT... I don't think ARRL
was the one that painted amateur radio operators as a bunch of "old-farts"
using antiquated technology that is now surpassed by much more exciting
state-of-the-art technology like the internet.  At least I hope not :-)
