[RFI] Today's Wall Stree Journal front page article on hams & BPL

Both of these complaints were posted to the BPLandHamRadio yahoogroup along 
with more data and info than anyone can imagine.  I recommend to anyone 
trying to keep up with current developments to subscribe to that list. 
 It'll keep you very busy.
