[RFI] Astron fan start circuit noise resolved

I sent my SS-30M to Astron at the suggestion of a number of list members to 
look at a fan start-up noise on 80m. Astron's service was prompt and the 
problem is fixed. The repair note said; "added 3 capicitors".
