[RFI] Help with noise

[K6IA-Howard Stephenson]

Can someone please help me with identifying this
noise. It's so strong that I have a hard time time
trying RDF it with my HT and a arrow beam on 132 MHz
AM. All I can get is it's radiating from the PG&E
power lines. I'm thinking it's powerline noise but
PG&E has been draging their feet for over 2 years now,
when it comes to finding and or fixing the problem.
