[RFI] Noise heard at KU1CW contest site

Hi Randy,

Yeah, I know it's sloooow.  I have dial-up and I just "go to lunch"
and let it do its thing.  I have no control over the lengthy file....
only trying to help a friend out.

Like the instructions said, just download the QRM2.wav file.
