Hi all, this may be all good for killing BPL, but some of the frequencies I
see proposed land in a number of microwave weak signal bands that we
currently have access too.  I wonder who would prevail?

other senior technical staff might find it interesting.

As with most company-produced papers, be wary of swallowing it all
uncritically lest we repeat the BPL reportage sins.
