[RFI] Part 15 equivalents in other countries?

In Australia, the current EMC requirements for BPL systems
are posted on the Australian Communications Authority's
(ACA) website at:

There are two PDF documents to download - one is a
background brief, the other is titled "EMC Requirements for
Powerline Communication (PLC) Equipment."

In this last one, the sting is in the tail, where it says: 
"Please note: the ACA currently has no mandatory standards
for PLC equipment
that transmits information on frequencies above 525 kHz.
Although there are no
standards at present, penalties apply in accordance with
section 197 of the
Radiocommunications Act 1992 to a person or company who
knowingly or recklessly causes interference to
radiocommunications services."

The main thing Australia has that equates to the US "Part
15" rules is a Class Licence for "Low Interference Potential
Devices" (LIPDs). Note that in Europe, UK and New Zealand,
such beasts are known as Short Range Devices (SRDs).
Experience has demonstrated that both titles are euphemistic
misnomers.
