What's significant about 7238? Well, it's in the LSB of 7240. Since the
signal is heard over such a wide area, we might do well to telephone ops in
or near Prescott AZ known to have "big signals" on the Swap Net, the Radios
that Glow in the Dark Net, or others that use this frequency.
