That's a good question, and it will be interesting to see how they do it or 
if they can do it.

I read somewhere if BPL does happen nationally, it will become the "poor 
man's" broadband one step above dial-up.  I think you'd probably agree with 
that.

It seems to me a pretty poor technology. Maybe we need to
learn about the design flaws of using BPL.
