[RFI] BPL Propaganda, ARRL Rebuttal on NPR's Morning Edition

...Motorola appears to have a version of BPL that does "NOT" pollute the 
amateur spectrum.  Perhaps folks should get up to speed on this version 
of BPL and
promote it as the solution to the current concern.  Energy well spent! 

Check out the July issue of MISSION CRITICAL COMMUNICATIONS p.24, 
Business, Motorola Takes  BPL by Storm.  ARRL is quoted as saying, "this 
is the first BPL system that has been designed from the strat with radio 
interference concerns in mind."
