[RFI] Electric company problem

Thanks Ed,
Ed took a few things into concideration that I failed to. The case of
Transmission work is a valid point. I assumed that it was during the Power
companies first call that the good news was given.
When I locate a source on Trans. I inform the complainant that the power
company will most likely wait for a scheduled maintenance outage to make
repairs to eliminate the RFI source.
