Agreed, and even longer for some utilities. I recall starting  this in about 
1986-87, nine yrs before I retired from Detroit Edison Co. 13.2kv  
Y-distribution and 40kv subtransmission (then) mostly. There was idle talk about  it on 
120kv, 230kv transmission but it sure wasnt done when I was there.
