[RFI] RFI searching

I use an Icom IC-Q7A shirt-pocket handi-talkie that has 30-400 MHz AM
receive capability (I think), with a 136 MHz Moxon rectangle for DFing RFI
sources. It cost less than $100 and also gives me 2M and 432 transmit
capability. Hard to go wrong. I think 1000-2000 MHZ receive capability
would be unnecessary for this application.
