[RFI] Honda Generator RFI

If you pass all 3 wires through the toroid, you will choke out all the
common-mode RFI currents.  That's probably what you want.  Of course
it means you can't use the green wire as an RF ground anymore, but you
shouldn't rely on an AC ground for an RF ground anyway.
