[RFI] Power line or ? noise

Dana and Mike I have you both beat. I have any place from an s20 
to s40. I live next to a power substation for the last 14 years and a 
Ham since 1997. If it is real cold outside I have an s20 to s30 and 
when it gets vary cold for the one week we have vary cold weather, 
it is a solid s40 - no good to even talk local. Summer time when it 
gets hot, s20 to s30 and when it gets real hot a solid s40. Real fun 
to live with.
