Undetermined in one case due to a high ambient RFI level,
in another none yet observed, and in yet others (mentioned
in other threads) significant RFI.

My observation was rhetorical. If the wall wart is
isolated as the most common source of RFI from LCD
monitors (those that evidence any discernable RFI) then
the solution may be a battery and trickle charger to
replace the wall wart.
