[RFI] Digital 1 Farad Caps -- RFI?

I have been using one for over a year now and no problem.  Some will recommend a .01cap across the terminals, but I haven't done it.  It is in line, less than a foot from the 706mkIIg
   
  I have it installed so the 706 won't cycle off and on when I start the vehicle.
