[RFI] RFI to wireless dog fence??

That reminds me of my neighbor's attempt to put an 
anti-barking device on her dog. She also had a parrot in a 
cage on the patio. The parrot would squawk, and the dog 
would get shocked! This went on for two days, until I 
finally told her what was going on.
