[RFI] FM RFI?

I recall a line in Nelson's RFI Handbook that if you are hunting 
powerline noise and you
think you have found the noisy pole, listening on FM is one way to 
verify the location.
I found this to be true and the line crew was impressed when I 
pinpointed the insulator
with an ultrasound receiver.
