[RFI] Noise in 2007 RHS-TV

I rented a diesel flat bed truck once to move a tower.
The diesel "ignition" noise was so gawdawful I couldn't
even listen to the broadcast radio in the truck, even
on FM!  The noise is not impulsive like real ignition
noise so it probably doesn't blank well.
