[RFI] OT? Why Does 1450 Wobble & 970 Not?

If it's random, it might be fading, due to skywave and changing
ionospherics. The lower frequency may be less effected by it because of a
more solid groundwave.
If it's regular, it might be a beat frequency between it and another station
a few Hz away.
You often hear both effects, especially at night.
