[RFI] Noisy Rear AC Fan Switch?

Turns out that the problem was mostly at the
dash switch.

I had to pull the dash to re-run the AM/FM radio
antenna cable and in so doing discovered that the
cable connector to the switch was barely hanging
on, resulting in arcing.

I still need to do the recommended bypassing
back at the rear ac fan to eliminate the last
vestiges of RFI but the noise is already 75%
reduced.
