[RFI] Digital TV Problems

That tends to support what I'm thinking.  That one TV is
susceptible/defective.  Perhaps swap two TVs and see if problem stays in
same place or follows the TV.

No the TVs are all different makes and brands. The one bothered is a 40" 
HD Samsung.
