[RFI] Nasty RFI wiping out higher bands

Hi Mike.

NOT being an attorney, I can't be blamed when someone spends $15,000 trying
to win such a case -- and can't!   However, it is common sense, IMO. FWIW,
one might try Small Claims Court, where, in many US states, attorneys
aren't allowed.
