[RFI] Help with noise

Ok well I have narrowed it down a little more but haven't figured it out
yet.  I have two 4 recepticles that feed off 2 breakers (2 on each) if I
move all my stuff for my shack to one breaker and flip the offending one it
is noise free.  I turn the other braker with no load on it I get the noise.
I pulled the two recepticles and made sure the wires was tight.  Tommorrow I
will pick up a new breaker and see if it may be bad.
