[RFI] [Was: 6 meters lives!] Electric cars and RF?

Anyone know if the electric cars are RFI noisy
or clean and if they are vulnerable to near-field
rf?

Living in the sunny south we are seriously considering
an electric car - free recharge via the sun - once
the prices come down some.
