If you have streetlights in the area, check for one that is on all of the time. I have had a noise almost like yours and it was two different light sensor problems. I also have a problem similar to yours, mine is from a battery charger for power tools at a neighbors. He is a jerk, and won't cooperate so I have the noise. Hope this helps Steve
