[RFI] RFI & Theft Issues re. RFID in Blink Credit Cards?

Just to clarify, I was not supporting the concern, merely noting that
it was an issue raised when RFID was being debated and that those
with influence may have forced a "least power necessary" rule after
discovering that some retailers using RFID for theft-prevention were
using excessive power levels.
